Why are some items listed as pre-order?

Esor Marie heels are handmade in small batches. This take on inventory caused a high demand giving our clients the opportunity to reserve an item before it becomes physically available online. The item is reserved for you and charged during check out. The item(s) will shipped automatically when the stock arrives at our warehouse.

Please note that product arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to varying production and shipment timeframes. We will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied.

During the pre-order duration orders are not eligible for a return. The return policy would apply after the customer has received the goods.

How long would it take my order from door to door?

If the product is in stock your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours. Once your product is picked up by our shipping service you should receive you goods within 48 hours. Delays are generally caused by inclement weather or extra processing required by UPS. These delays tend to be minor, resulting in a short delay in delivery.

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, you will receive a tracking email that will contain the tracking number and the order status page link. Once you click on the tracking number, you will find the tracking details.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes, our mailer (UPS) will deliver your package per the delivery date/ time. Esor Marie will not be responsible for your goods after it is confirm delivered with signature.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

If you would like the option to add a message please email contact@esormarie.com on our contact page including the order number and message.

What is Esor Marie's online return policy?

Esor Marie will ONLY accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 14-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice, the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags. Please note that the shoes must be returned unused, unworn, unscratched soles.

Esor Marie reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

How do I care for my shoes?

  • After every wear dust your shoes with a soft cloth and store with in our included cotton duster provided.
  • Leather is very delicate so handle with care and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
  • Store your shoes in an environment that does not include humidity, high temperatures and/or direct light.
  • Avoid contact with liquids that may tamper with our leather or any other materials.
  • Replace your shoe tips to avoid damaging the heel.
