At Esor Marie, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We've designed our return and exchange process to be as elegant and seamless as our shoes.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Esor Marie shoes for any reason. We believe you deserve time to find your perfect fit.
Return Requirements
To ensure the exceptional quality our customers expect, returned items must be:
- Unworn (tried on indoors only—no outdoor wear)
- In original condition with no scuffs, scratches, or marks on soles
- Accompanied by the original shoe box and dust bag
Please note: The dust bag is yours to keep as our gift, but we kindly ask that you include it with returns to protect your shoes during shipping.
How Returns & Exchanges Work
For Exchanges:
- Size exchanges within the same style are always free—we'll cover both return and outbound shipping
- Exchanges for different styles are subject to a $15 shipping fee
- All exchanges are subject to availability
For Refunds:
- Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receiving your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience
Sale & Pre-Order Items
- Sale items: May be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
- Pre-order items: Return policy begins once you receive your order, not during the pre-order period
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our website contact form or email us at Contact@esormarie.com
- Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack your shoes securely in the original box with dust bag
- Drop off at any FedEx location or schedule a free pickup
