RETURN POLICY
Esor Marie will ONLY accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 14-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice, the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags. Please note that the shoes must be returned unused, unworn and with unscratched soles.
Esor Marie reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
A direct exchange will only be accepted for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the same value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing and we will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange then or in the future, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. An exchanged order can only be returned for a refund.
Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. We offer free return shipping with use of our prepaid return label. All exchange orders are shipped via free ground shipping.
During the pre-order duration, orders are not eligible for a refund. The return policy would apply after the customer has received the goods.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you receive your package.
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO
A refund is issued within 14 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. It may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution. Esor Marie recommends sending return parcels with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Esor Marie will not be held accountable for any losses.
